01. Data controller
Maître Abdelkarim Souha is responsible for enquiries received by the firm through this website. You can use the contact details below for questions about your personal data.
02. Data and purposes
The form asks for your full name, a way to contact you and a brief subject for your enquiry. With JavaScript enabled, you can choose email or telephone. Without JavaScript, email is required and telephone is optional. The practice area and preferred consultation format are optional. This information is used to review and respond to your enquiry and arrange a possible appointment. The website has no document upload facility or online client case file.
03. Sending your enquiry
When you submit the form, the information entered is sent to Web3Forms for forwarding to the office. Its documentation states that its servers are located in the US-East region of the United States, so submission involves technical processing outside Morocco. Hosting and email providers also participate in the processing. You may contact the firm directly by phone or email if you prefer not to use this form.
04. Confidential documents and information
The form is for initial contact only. Do not enter identity numbers, sensitive information or confidential details about a case or another person. The office will explain how to share documents needed for an engagement.
05. Retention
Enquiries are kept for the time needed to deal with them and any agreed follow-up, subject to legal obligations and evidential needs. The retention of documents relating to an engagement depends on the work involved and the rules that apply. The form does not save its contents in your browser’s local storage.
06. Analytics and external services
Google Analytics is off by default. It loads only after you allow it through the privacy preferences at the bottom of the page. Your choice is saved on this device for up to six months and can be withdrawn in the same place. The website code does not enable personalised advertising. Google Maps and WhatsApp are links; these services open only when you choose to use them. Technical hosting logs may still contain connection information.
With your permission, the website code also measures clicks on contact options and confirmed form submissions. These events contain no form field content, name or contact details.
07. Your rights
Moroccan Law No. 09-08 governs the processing of personal data. To request access to or correction of your data, or to exercise your right to object within the applicable legal conditions, contact the office. You may also contact Morocco’s personal data protection authority, the CNDP.
08. Updates
This policy describes the functions provided in this version of the website. It should be reviewed if services, purposes or processing arrangements change.
