When should I seek advice on a property purchase?
You can consult once a property and a proposed agreement have been identified, before signing or paying. If you have already signed or paid, bring the relevant records so the situation can be reviewed.
What should I prepare for a tenancy deposit dispute?
The lease, payment records, property condition evidence, correspondence and documents relating to departure and key handover. Separate amounts paid, refunded and withheld.
Can I consult from outside Morocco?
Yes. A phone or video consultation can be arranged for a matter involving Moroccan law, subject to agreement on the time and consultation arrangements.
