Which documents are useful when reviewing an administrative decision?
The full decision, annexes, notification records, initial application and replies received. If the issue concerns a lack of response, explain what steps you took and when.
Should I mention a complaint already sent to the authority?
Yes. Bring a copy, proof of submission or receipt and any reply. Its significance needs to be assessed in relation to the decision and the procedure involved.
Can I consult from outside Morocco?
Yes. A phone or video consultation can be arranged for a matter involving Moroccan law, subject to agreement on the time and consultation arrangements.
